Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Order processing time 1 - 2 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Free

Free shipping in USA for orders over $50. We do not ship internationally.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are only able to exchange items that purchased directly through Cuddleandcoo.com. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Refunds 

Refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
